Emma Caywood recieved her MLIS in the Fall of 2011 from Dominican University, and has been a children's librarian at the Rye Free Reading Room in Rye, NY and a Youth Librarian at Mamaroneck Public Library in Mamaroneck, NY. She then spent 7 years as a children's librarian in Wellesley, MA. She is now a stay at home mom and musician in Bethlehem PA. She comes to libraries from both working as director of a screenwriting competition and a literary manager for screenwriters in Hollywood and from the field of theater, working as a drama educator, playwright, storyteller, and sometimes actress, after getting a BS in Theater from Northwestern University.
